Vanderslice Hall: Historic and elegant setting perfect for executive VIP hosting, private bar service, and catered experiences. Over 4,000 sq. ft.
Epperson Auditorium: Ideal for large-screen match viewings with custom seating and lighting/audio opportunities. Over 2,200 sq. ft.
Access: Guests can venture just one block from the new KC Streetcar stop at 45th Street to KCAI by following The Arterie path. Valet parking, private parking, and rideshare drop-off are available.

- Private Parking Lot, 60 spaces | $1,800 Day Rate
- 300 guest occupancy limit.
- Rates are only for space rental fees and do not include rentals, catering, and production.
