Past, Present, Future Perfect: Selections from the Ovitz Family Collection

The Ovitz Family Collection was begun in the late 1970’s by Los Angeles-based art collectors and patrons Michael and Judy Ovitz and is recognized among the top contemporary art collections in the world. Past, Present, Future Perfect: Selections from the Ovitz Family Collection includes recently acquired paintings, sculpture, and photography by 18 international artists.
Artists in the exhibition include: Michael Borremans, Jesse Chapman, Jules de Balincourt, Tim Eitel, Olafur Eliasson, Dan Flavin, Matt Greene, Rachel Harrison, Klara Kristalova, Daniel Lefcourt, George Henry Longly, Victor Man, Julie Mehretu, Richard Prince, Anselm Reyle, Dana Schutz, Macrae Semans, and Jeff Wall.
Art works from the Ovitz Family Collection have been presented throughout the United States at universities, colleges, and museums including the H&R Block Artspace at the Kansas City Art Institute, the Arizona State University Art Museum, Bates College Musuem of Art, Reed College’s Cooley Art Gallery, the Museum of Modern Art, the Metropolitan Art Museum, The Walker Art Center, Boston’s Museum of Fine Arts, The High Museum, the Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles, and the Museum of Contemporary Art, Miami, among others.
