In The Haircut, featured on the Artspace Project Wall, a charming and intimate scene unfolds on a protected bluff, affording a broad and elevated perspective of the place where the land meets the sea and suggesting a sense of communion, interconnectedness, and a respect for the delicate balance between humanity, wildlife, and the environment.

In 2022, Hulda Guzmán’s work was presented in Los Angeles as part of A Cool Million Campaign, a public arts initiative designed to build greater climate awareness and support the conservation of one million acres of land. Recent exhibitions of her work have been featured at the Denver Art Museum, Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center, Alexander Berggruen Gallery in New York, Stephen Friedman Gallery in London, and in the Dominican Republic Pavilion at the 58th Venice Biennale.
