If you attend a school with which the Kansas City Art Institute has an International Exchange Agreement, you may apply through your home school to spend one semester (or possibly up to one full academic year) at KCAI. In order to apply for a semester exchange, please contact your home school’s exchange officer, who will assist you in applying to participate in the exchange program.

Students who are not United States citizens or permanent residents who wish to apply for admission to KCAI as degree-seeking students should follow the application guidelines outlined below.
