Join us for a guided meditation inspired by our current exhibition!
Teaching mindful practices for healthy living, Lisa Murphy will lead a guided meditation that concentrates our energy on mindfulness and breath.
You are invited to arrive at 10:30 a.m. to view the exhibition before the meditation, which will begin promptly at 11:00 a.m. and last for one hour. No meditation experience is necessary. Please bring a yoga mat or meditation cushion if you have one, and you may want to bring a shawl or sweater for warmth. Some mats, cushions, blankets, and props will be provided on a first-come, first-serve basis. This event is free and open to the public.
